The holidays can feel like a whirlwind, but in the middle of all the noise, this community keeps making space for the kind of love that slows down and shows up. November was packed with meals, generosity, and grocery boxes and thanks to you, we’ve ended fall with full hearts and even fuller carts.

November Recap

🧺 Resource Hub Consistency

Our Thursday Hub held strong with about 40 neighbors served each week!

In November alone, we distributed:

👕 349 lbs of clothing
🧴 207 hygiene items
👟 12 pairs of shoes

🤝 Citywide Clothing Support

Beyond the Hub, we passed along 605 lbs of clothing to amazing partner orgs like Riverview International Center and A Good Deed Behavioral Health, expanding impact beyond our own walls.

🛒 SNAP Response in Action

As food benefits began to shift, we kicked our pantry plan into motion. With help from you:

📦 30+ families received full grocery boxes
🧍‍♂️ That’s 134 individuals fed with dignity and love
🙌 This was the start of something bigger—we’re building a long-term solution

🦃 Two Thanksgiving Celebrations

We gathered for a warm Community Dinner on the 23rd, then turned around and served again on Thanksgiving Day—bringing food, friendship, and gratitude to the table. Huge thanks to our volunteers who cooked, showed up, and made both gatherings unforgettable.

The momentum is real, but now it’s time to structure the mission. This month we’re laying the foundation for a full-on food team.
